Q: Is your coffee mass-produced or pre-ground sitting in a warehouse?
A: Absolutely not. We deal exclusively in 100% certified specialty-grade coffee. Every single order is masterfully roasted to order in small artisan batches by our specialized roasting partners. We do not roast your beans until your payment safely clears the booking desk.
Q: How fast will my order ship out of the lineup?
A: Because your coffee is freshly roasted to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our master roasters to expertly roast, pack, and prepare your bag. Once shipped, standard US transit takes 3 to 5 business days straight to your door via USPS ground.
Q: Do you charge for shipping across the United States?
A: Zero charges. We offer 100% Free Shipping on all US orders with absolutely no minimum cart total required.
Q: Can I track my package once it escapes the facility?
A: Yes. The second your order is processed and leaves our shipping facility, our automated system will immediately send a tracking number straight to the email address you provided at checkout.
Q: What is your policy on returns and refunds?
A: Because coffee is a freshly roasted, perishable food product, we cannot accept physical returns of opened coffee bags. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, contact our support team at The Booking Desk within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
